Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unused, unsharpened, with original edge)
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery

Important: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any blade that shows signs of use, sharpening, or modification. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Knives with altered edges or sharpening marks
  • Products with custom modifications
  • Items missing safety packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products from our collection cannot be returned due to their specialized nature:

  • WMK Exclusives: These limited-edition pieces are often numbered and produced in small batches
  • Custom Knife Scales: Personalized or custom-fitted scales cannot be resold
  • Boker Swords: Due to their size and specialized nature
  • Used or Sharpened Blades: For obvious safety and hygiene reasons

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

  3. Pack Securely: Return the item in its original packaging with all protective materials

Exchange Process

For exchanges (when available):

  1. Follow the same initial steps as a return
  2. Specify the desired replacement item in your email
  3. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
