Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original condition (unused, unsharpened, with original edge)
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

- Be returned within 15 days of delivery
Important: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any blade that shows signs of use, sharpening, or modification. This includes but is not limited to:
- Knives with altered edges or sharpening marks
- Products with custom modifications
- Items missing safety packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products from our collection cannot be returned due to their specialized nature:
- WMK Exclusives: These limited-edition pieces are often numbered and produced in small batches
- Custom Knife Scales: Personalized or custom-fitted scales cannot be resold
- Boker Swords: Due to their size and specialized nature
- Used or Sharpened Blades: For obvious safety and hygiene reasons
Return Process

Exchange Process
